We are currently seeking Registered Nurses and LPNs, on a part-time basis to perform home health visits specifically on the southside of Chicago and northwest suburbs. Also, part-time Physical Therapist and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) or Home Health Aides (HHAs)  for our service area of Elgin, Freeport and Rockford.
